We sell both retail and wholesale, and we're based in the Southwestern part of the US.

MINIMUM ORDER: There is no minimum order, but there are quantity discounts available. Minimum wholesale orders are $150 USD in the US, and $200 USD minimum outside the US. Contact us for details.

PAYMENT: All orders may be shipped upon receipt of UPS/ cash C.O.D.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped US Postal Service (www.usps.com) or UPS ground service within 2 to 5 business days of receipt, unless out-of-stock or otherwise posted. We try to ship within 48 hours, but sometimes we're out on the road peddling our wares…Also, if you prefer another shipping service, such as FedEx, please send us an email and we'll be happy to do our best to accommodate you.

Please note: we ship what is in stock at the time of your order. Please re-order out-of-stock items; sorry, but we don't backorder at this time. We are a small company and can't predict when our supplier will have available colors or styles, especially those arriving from New Zealand. So please order often and early! Email us with your questions – we are happy to help!

PRIORITY SHIPPING: Express, Priority and 2nd Day air mail service also available, for an additional charge. Again, if you'd like another shipping service other than USPS or US, such as FedEx, just let us know. Our goal is to help you have the best experience possible.

RETURNS: Damaged orders must be reported within 72 hours of arrival. We'll give you a damage claim number and ask you to ship items back to us for credit.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Need to send parts of your order to different U.S. addresses?
No problem! Split your order between as many addresses as you need. A separate shipping & processing fee will be calculated for each ship to address. Contact us for details.
